Spa & Wet Facilities Rules & Regulations

1. The opening hours are from 6:00am – 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
2. The wet facilities include sauna, steam, jacuzzi, cold plunge and experience shower.
3. The facility is for the exclusive use of residents, occupiers, and their registered guests only. Management reserves the right to allow or deny use to anyone at any time for safety or operational reasons.
4. The residents, occupiers and their registered guests must follow the instructions of the management and any signage displayed in and around the premises.
5. Children under 18 years of age are strictly prohibited from entering the steam or sauna areas at any time.
6. Proper attire, such as a towel, robe, or modest swimwear, must be always worn in the facility. Nudity is strictly prohibited.
7. The residents, occupiers and their registered guests are expected to maintain a calm, quiet, and respectful demeanor at all times. Loud talking, disruptive behavior, or use of mobile phones is not permitted.
8. Do not pour water or any substances (e.g., oils, scents) on heating elements or into the sauna.
9. No shaving, grooming, or personal hygiene activities are allowed within the facility.
10. Food, beverages, and glass containers are strictly prohibited.
11. Smoking, vaping, and the use of alcohol or drugs are not allowed under any circumstances.
12. Use of the steam and sauna facilities is at your own risk. Individuals with health concerns such as heart conditions, high blood pressure, or respiratory issues should consult a physician before use.
13. Pregnant women are advised not to use these facilities unless approved by their healthcare provider.
14. The management and its authorised entities are not responsible for any loss, accident, damage, or injury caused using this amenity. The residents, occupiers and their registered guests using this amenity do so at their own risk.
