Padel Court Rules & Regulations

1. The opening hours are from 9:00am – 8:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
2. The padel court is for the exclusive use of residents, occupiers and their registered guests only. Management reserves the right to allow or deny use to anyone at any time for safety or operational reasons.
3. The use of the padel court is available strictly by reservation, coordinated through the concierge. If you are unable to attend, we kindly request that you cancel your booking at least 2 hours in advance to give other residents the opportunity to enjoy the amenity. This helps ensure fair and efficient use for everyone. Frequently no show may temporarily affect your booking privileges.
4. Children under the age of 12 must always be accompanied by an adult.
5. Always wear appropriate clothes and footwear. Non-marking, court-appropriate athletic shoes are mandatory. Black soled shoes, running shoes, or street shoes are prohibited as they damage the court surface.
6. Bicycles, skateboards, or skates are not permitted at any time.
7. Glass or breakable items, food, alcohol, smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes and pets are not permitted in the padel court area. Kindly keep noise levels reasonable and respectful, and conversations moderate to ensure an enjoyable experience for all players.
8. Residents, occupiers and their registered guests must follow the instructions of security on duty and any signage displayed in and around the padel court area.
9. The operating hours for the padel court shall be determined at the sole discretion of the management. The management reserves the right to adjust or restrict the timing of use at any time to ensure that community living standards are not adversely affected.
10. The management reserves the right to temporarily restrict access to the padel court in response to any reasonable complaints, misuse, or violations of the community rules. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us uphold community standards.
11. The management and its authorised entities are not responsible for any loss, accident, damage, or injury caused using the padel court. Residents, occupiers and their registered guests using this amenity do so at their own risk.
