Gym Rules & Regulations

1. The opening hours are from 6:00am – 10:00pm, Monday to Sunday.
2. The gym is for the exclusive use of residents, occupiers and their registered guests only. Management reserves the right to allow or deny use to anyone at any time for safety or operational reasons.
3. Personal Trainers are permitted if they are pre-approved and registered by the management. The approval can be revoked by the management anytime and without prior notice.

• Certified personal trainers may access the gym only when accompanied by the Resident, and with prior booking approved by Building Management.
• Training sessions are permitted daily during gym opening hours. During peak hours or when the gym is busy, sessions should be conducted in the designated Personal Training (PT) room to avoid inconvenience to other users.
• Only registered and pre-approved personal trainers may conduct sessions within the amenity.
• Personal trainers are strictly prohibited from conducting group classes or training multiple clients concurrently.
• Use of loud music, audio equipment, or any activity causing noise disturbance during sessions is not permitted.
• Residents are responsible for ensuring their trainer abides by the community rules. Violations may result in suspension of access.

1. Residents, occupiers and their registered guests should not take exercise routines unless physically fit and have a physician's approval to do so. Residents, occupiers and their registered guests under the influence of alcohol, stimulants, or depressants are not permitted to use the amenity.
2. No children under 12 years old are allowed in the gym at any time. Children between 12–16 years old should be accompanied by guardians or parents. The management reserves the right to request age verification and to deny access to any individual not complying with these rules.
3. Appropriate gym attire must be always worn.
4. Glass or breakable items, food, alcohol, smoking, playing loud music and pets are not permitted in the gym area.
5. Residents, occupiers and their registered guests agree to review and read all user manuals for the gymnasium equipment before use.
6. Always practice safety and courtesy to others.
7. Residents, occupiers and their registered guests must follow the instructions of the building management, security and any signage displayed in and around the area.
8. No equipment item provided in the amenity is to be removed under any circumstance by authorised personnel.
9. All personal belongings must be removed from the lockers after each use. Overnight storage is not permitted.
10. The management and its authorised entities are not responsible for any loss, accident, damage, or injury caused using this amenity. Residents, occupiers and their registered guests using this amenity do so at their own risk.
